Iradium IR is a premium quality finish for elastomeric roofs where high UV resistance and reflectivity are required. It can be used as a finish coat over newly-installed White Lava product roof coatings to extend the normal warranty up to 5 years longer. Iradium IR super-reflectance properties will lower cooling costs on home or commercial buildings.
Apply Iradium IR in a single coat @ 300 sq.ft./gallon. It can be applied over any newly installed acrylic coating. Existing acrylic roofs should be power-washed to remove dirt, dust, and foreign contaminants prior to application.
Iradium IR is formulated in “White” color. Light pastel shades can be custom tinted.
